Aurora Borealis

Have any of our well traveled (or Scandinavian) Forumites seen the Northern Lights in Europe, and if so what time of year was it and where did you go?

 

Depending on whether I get my PhD sorted out for January I may take a few months out next year and go travelling, and desperately want to go and see the Aurora Borealis.
