I have just bought a house

His wife has been in court today getting power of attorney which will enable her to sell the house to me without his 'say so'. He insisted nobody should be shown around 'if they had a monkey on their back' and everybody who was shown around had to sign a visitors book which was actually a piece of paper with name... from ... date ...

 

 

I paid full asking, it's in a nice spot and houses rarely come up for sale there, I told him I'd go and rent for 6 months if he exchanged contracts and couldn't find anywhere. He told the agent to keep showing the house for more money but wouldn't say how much, he then (this saturday) fecked off abroad for 10 days.

 

Quite bizarre really, I feel sorry for him, he and his wife are divorcing and he's clearly lost the plot.

 

 

Oh well.....
