Chess Puzzles

My wife has an interview tommorow, she has chosen a chess puzzle as part of her lesson but the silly cow doesnt know the solution..

 

Does anyone know the answer to this, its driving her mad and she is stressed enough!

 

The idea is for the two sets of bishops to swap sides, moving alternately and only diagonally. It can be done in 14 moves apparently but Ill be buggered if I can work it out ..

 

 

 

Actually .. I just noticed, this picture is a 4x5 grid .. shes using a 4x4 grid ..
