Chance of moving down south (God help me) has arisen - around the Horsham area

 

Is it as s*** as first impressions would suggest, or are there some hidden gems we didn't spt during our flying visit?

 

Thought Southwater seemed OK, but Horsham and Worthing make a shed in the middle of a barren wasteland look a more appealing option
