Telling teenagers not to have sex "doesn't work"

I always thought that telling a generation of teenagers not to have sex was a daft idea. Some vague premonition about raging hormones and eyeballs bulging with sperm...

 

A new study shows that - shockingly - it doesn't actually work.

 

The article also mentions that one third of President Bush's HIV budget was spent on abstinence programs. More money well spent then.
