Another PC problem

The problem is this: whenever I put a CD or DVD in the DVD drive of the PC, it immediately does a reboot. You actually have to be quick and get the disk out of the drive before it reboots because otehrwise it goes into an endless loop of reboots.

 

What´s likely to be the cause of this? I´ve already re-installed the driver for the DVD RW drive - no success.

 

It´s Windows XP, btw.
