You know that bar we met in? A couple of months ago 4 people were shot dead within about 200 yards of there. Some lunatic went into a Pizza shop on the corner of Houston & McDougal & emptied a gun into one of the guys behind the counter & then casually walked off. 2 volunteer bizzies heard this & followed him, on the opposite side of the street. He clocked them & shot one. The other legged it, he followed him & shot him execution style. Then the real bizzies turned up (the ones with guns) & a shootout started. The fella ultimately is brown-bread.
