It'd be fecking ace if they went and won 9-0 on Sunday and could have stayed up if it wasn't for the 10 points.

That would be f***ing hilarious and serve the cheating c***wits right.

How does that work?

talking to our administrators, the admin team would be able to say they were the only willing people to buy it, so they sold it to them, its a pre done deal

But what's the point? I presume they are exploiting some ridiculous loophole?

Yes, my old boss when I worked for some dodgy telecoms company, managed to do this several times and avoid going bust in the process.

"Hey, would you rather try and get £2M of debt from a wound up company, or recoup a tenth of that and continue doing business with my new company, who have just bought all the assets of the old company for tuppence and are in a position to continue the business?" was his rather overly-long mantra each time.

Perfectly legit as well.

It's extremely sketchy. They went into administration only when the outcome of this season was decided, that shouldn't be permitted. Deduct them 10 from next season, the f*cking t****.

Again, I question the hatred for them. Some of you sound like they're as bad as the Blue s**** or the Mancs.

They're second only to United for me.
