is anybody else unable to access online ticket sales? I cant get on it and am gutted. I have the full history to be able to get a ticket today but stuck in london. meanwhile there is aqueue a mile long outside anfield all buying f***en tickets. If they sell out before I get one I will be f***en livid

Yeah, I got the normal "we're busy" page earlier, but now I just get DNS errors and "403 Forbidden" errors. Obviously the phone line is busy too. Got to just keep plugging away with fingers crossed.

St holders who had missed a game were given an option as well

 

Apparantly there was a rumour that they weren;t selling them online today, which is why so many people are outside Anfield. Queue from the Kop all the way roung Anfield and down the Anfield Rd apparantly

 

Two of my mates who were trying have both got through recently. One on phones, one on net so keep trying

I just got through about 10 minutes ago on the blower (after an hour of engaged tone) and managed to get 4 in block 202 of the Kop, 2 in front of the other 2.

 

Which I'm obviously fecking made up about. After being in the Kop for the whole of the 2005 run, this is the first time this season I've been in the Kop.

Me too - 4 in a row, block 207. \o/ I also managed to get into the Kop for all of the 2005 games - and what games they were - but first time this season I think. Mostly been in the upper centenary.

Aye, but not everyone that has been to all the home games will be able to go to Athens anyway (time away from work, cost, etc.), so the gap might not be too big.

 

For the 2005 final I only had 5 qualifying stubs rather than 6, but I still managed to get an official package for Istanbul.

Still tryin for 4 and no f*ckin hope of being together. Will have to settle for singles wherever I can get them but with two kids that's going to be a pain in the ar*e. I hate our ticket office with a passion. As I type this iI've just got through and am 18th in the queue.

mate that just shows how s**** it is - i never even got told I was in a queue! I just got music after hours of engaged tone then after about 10 minutes waiting was through.

 

The f***en ironic thing is I work for a company that sells and implements content management software which manages large websites. Its frustrating as f*** watchin the website continually not being able to manage a load that it should be scoped for. It needs improving drastically.

 

Last year I had bought tickets online until the benfica game so I had full history on me fancard. They then fixed a bug on the website days before the tickets went onsale which meant i couldnt buy tickets anymore. how s**** is that
