I want to create a series of 'how to' tutorials and distribute them, probably using Adobe Breeze via an intranet portal.

 

I want the tutorial to take the normal form of the actual actions appearing on screen using the software (SharePoint) via a browser (some sort of capture of me doing the actual actions I suppose) and to then sync some audio with it.

 

What software does this- Flash? Does anyone have any experience/recommendations in these matters?
