F*cking Virgin trains are absoulte c*nts - they won't alter my booking so i now have a couple of train tickets i don't need.

 

Going up Friday, coming down sunday night - they're to Runcorn and back but you can get on at Lime Street and blag it.

 

Why are they such utter, utter, tw*ts - so unfriendly and unhelpful.
