FFS Wetherspoons breaking glass

The rear of my house backs on to the car lot and bin area of the local Wetherspoons. It's not exactly adjacent as the backyard and lane provides more of a border. But every Sunday morning around 9am, in their bin holding space, one ass.hole worker takes out the bottle bins and proceeds to smash every one. I can hear it from the front of our house too FFS.

 

Surely this contravenes some public order act? It's a social nuisances FFS.

 

I NEED MY BEAUTY SLEEP

and there are better things I can think of to wake me up at that time
