We had someone claiming that the treatment of Shilpa was racist, but Jermaine calling Jade's mum "white trash" wasn't because you can't be racist to white people in the west as they have all the power. In the same way, apparently, men being derogatory to women is sexist, but vice versa isn't.

 

Then a business analyst claimed that the slump in High Street CD sales was down to illegal downloading (nothing to do with iTunes etc then, eh?)

 

Finally, one of our bright young hopes for 2012 was asked how being at the youth games in Sydney this week will prepare him for the Games in London. His answer? By helping him cope with sunburn and jetlag
