Young Frankenstein - the part where gene wilder is about to go in to see the monster for the first time and is giving it all "no matter what i say or do do not open the door, under NO circumstances open the door" and immediately after going in is banging and screaming at the door for them to let him out......you can see it coming a mile off but the execution of it is perfect.
