Mine has got considerably worse over the past three weeks and I am finding it difficult to deal with.

 

Seems to be especially bad when I stay up late to watch footy.

 

I think we all have it to some extent but mine has now reached the level where it is affecting me.

 

I know this is the Rant Room, and rightly so for such a b@stardo afflcition, but other than hypontherapy, has anyone got any idea how to deal with it?
