No Discrimination in Mask Row

A Jedi classroom assistant, suspended by a school for wearing a mask in lessons, has lost his claim for relegious discrimination at a tribunal.

 

Darth Vader, 123, was asked to remove his mask by the Muslim School in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, said pupils found it hard to understand him.

 

The tribunal dismissed his claims of relegious discrimination and harrassment on relegious grounds.

 

But Kirklees Council was ordered to pay him £1,100 for victimising him
