Extensions to house

How much do you reckon it would cost to build a brick extension on the side of an end terraced house, about 12 foot wide on two levels with a roof, ie basically extending the whole house by 12 feet, upstairs and dowstairs

 

Anyone any ideas about how much these type of things cost ?

 

I guessed aboutr £18,000, am I way off ?
