'Hi there it's Terri, I sent you an e-mail asking whether or not I had your correct e-mail address and I received a response saying 'Sorry Terri this isn't the right address and I'm not here' and I just wondered .....

 

'Whether you were mucking about or is it really not your address at all in which case can you ring me please'
