I need Broadband recommendations!

I'm getting rid of Tiscali Broadband, so need a new Broadband provider!

 

It needs to support databases, PHP, SQL.

 

Any suggestions? Not too bothered about huge download capacity and the like, and it doesn't need to be mega mega quick, just yer average broadband, so long as it supports databases. (Which tiscali doesn't).
