Ok, so I am just being thick as it doesn't make that much sense to me.

 

There are some things money can't buy...

 

For everything else (i.e. things that money CAN buy) there is Liverpool

It's a 'clever' way of saying that chelsea tried to buy the Champion's League title, but failed, but Liverpool didn't have to try to buy it.
