Was the blue balloon that was floating about in their area in the second half the only think that stopped us scoring five or six?

Kevin Ratcliffe had let himself go by that stage.

I saw him play for Bangor City way way way back. Another boring Bangor City goalie fact is Eddie Niedzwiecki used to play for them.

I was in Eindhoven when Wales got beat 7-1 by Holland. We were shocking, the De Boer brothers ripped us apart, but Southall made save after save after save. If it wasnt for him it could've been embarrassing!

Boring Bangor City fact #2 - Farrar Road is, by far, the most dangerous place i've ever been.

When were you last there? It was really bad in the early to mid 80's. I was only ever allowed to sit in that one stand they have. My dads mate was a director at the time so I had to sit with him. I always remeber it kicking off against Caernarfon!

It's been a few years since I've been to Farrar Road, it and the rivalry with Caernarfon seems to have quietend down quite a bit! Asda have been trying to buy the ground and build another for Bangor FC by the University pitches, not sure what's happened since but I know Tesco weren't happy!

I started my underage drinking career in there....along with The Gardens just up the road. Oh and the Menai Vaults and Belle Vue and Y Globe. I going to stop now as it's begining to scare me!

I'm from Caernarfon and went there a fair few times late 80's early 90's. Wasn't part of the 2-20 crew though! 2-20, jesus! Really was dicing with death.

I remember after one game being escorted up to a bus stop opposite the Uni and the police wanting to get us all on a specific bus. Bangor lads had cottoned on, and got on a stop earlier and were "hiding" on the top deck. As the bus pulled up to the stop, someone must've got wind of it and the bus just drove on.

The looks on the faces of the lads on the top deck was priceless.

Would've been carnage though if he had have stopped.
