Just to add to the excitement BENTEKE BACKED FOR UNITED Sky Bet are reporting a surge of interest in Manchester Unitedsigning Christian Benteke this summer, prompting their odds to be slashed from 7/1 to 2/1. Liverpool have been heavily linked with the Aston Villa striker and remain odds-on to secure his services before the transfer window shuts, while he is 3/1 to remain at Villa Park.

I honestly think that every tactic Sterling and his agent are using to try and force a move is going to have the opposite effect. Can you imagine J W Henry giving in to these increasingly extreme and desperate tactics? Especially now it's obvious that City are happy to take advantage to get him on the cheap ( by our valuation ). Our hand wasn't forced by Suarez a couple of years ago and I certainly don't expect it to be by a 20 year old kid.
