I think you've hit the nail on the head there about the permanent indignancy. It's not something which is exclusive to Alan Green, of course, but it's worn very thin indeed by now.

I was thinking the same. His bias towards us is increasingly ridiculous. He's turning into another Clive Tyldesley (sp?) - albeit one on the right side.
