Well, IIRC, those other teams are also saddled with their debt, the hockey team has the AAC to pay for and the Baseball team has gone from breaking records while signing AROD to being bottom of their division in the aftermath etc. I highly doubt their value while putting them up as collateral and also how the reaction will be by their fans who by the looks of it are already frustrated with Hicks and his management. but then, what do i know....

True, he has never let go of his other assets easily, which has set a bad precedent considering that he hasn't done much to get them back to the pinnacle after the initial success....

By all the entities you mean all their American assets i presume, correct me if im wrong but by the looks of the stuff online the rangers fans would be glad if someone bought them off Hicks and the Hockey team has been piled up with debt and the quality of their team is going down steeply... As more and more households see Premiership matches in Asia, the fanbase goes on increasing, that works for all clubs, if anything we have lesser stores than the rest when it comes to official merchandise. Now with Adidas becoming our Kit Sponsor we have some stores in India, but the things are so highly priced the majority of the public cant afford to spend that kind of cash on things. And those that can pick them up from Europe or Dubai. ( As the quality is better there. ) Parry has had a role to play in our successes, no doubt. But those are just short steps if compared with what the rest of Europe's elite has done in the same time frame.

Absolutely, Parry who apparently makes 500k a year from his job here stays on while we seem to be in the same situation as before the club was sold. From Moores to G & H, acquiring money for the club has been a major problem. When the deal was done in Feb, the stadium designs were approved in July IIRC, then why wait 4-6 months to complete a deal, its all bull s**** imo.

because, parry isnt on the same wavelength as benitez. With transfers today you have to be quick and discrete. once a player has been identified and his pricing evaluated, negotiations need to be done asap to secure his sig before chelsea, man u, etc etc come in and bring the price up. Over the years we have seen that parry's done that rarely. hence, i reckon rafa would prefer to do all of it on his own.
