So selling Kuyt and buying a better player would be ludicrous? Your defence of Dirk is the only thing ludicrous about it, you in love with the bloke or what? Whenever anybody mentions his name (in any context) you jump to his defense. As kop205, if you had read the whole f***ing sentence then you would have realised I wasn't saying we should sell Kuyt, I was just saying that out of all our strikers Bellamy would be the last one I'd get rid of. That doesn't mean I want to get rid of the others. Not a lot.

I agree. Sell Kuyt, Crouch and Fowler before Bellamy. Or just don't sell any of them, except Fowler.

But where are Kuyt's 31 goals, I fail to see the similarities.

Crouch would be there, the problem yesterday was Kuyt wasn't in the box enough, too busy out wide or in his own half. Also when Quaresma has the ball on the left to put a cross in you would expect Gerrard to take up a position in the box and vice-versa, like Ronaldo does for the mancs. Crouch is better than Tevez but is a totally different player as well. Crouch is more likely to bag the goals and could hold up the play and be a good target for the wide players. Tevez' game is too similar to Bellamy's for them to work together but the Crouch Bellamy partnership is one that I want to see more of. I can't see anybody disagreeing with that one.

Bellamy is better than Bent and Tevez - who is w*** may I add. Alves can't defend for s*** and maybe bring him in as a winger but certainly not at full back, espicially with Stevie Finn' already there. Bale is over rated but would still be an improvement on Riise and could turn nto a very good player. Not too good deffensively either though. I would still like us to sign him, just not for the £10m or so which I've heard. Ribery would cost a packet and isquite inconsisent, very good on his day and if we had got him two years ago (like I said) then we could've got a bargain. Left midfield does need quality added though. Quaresma is a very good player but the right midfield isn't in desperate need. Espicially not for a £10m+ player. Eto'o miss kick ... Puyol f***s me right off, he is meant to be a captain and a centre back but he dives around and waves imaginery cards non-stop. The diving is the worst, and the fact that he more often than not gets the free kick because nobody expects it from a centre back. Kanoute and Alves have just missed easy chances.
