I don't there's a one size fits all approach to youth development. Fabregas is obviously exceptional, not just because of his talents, but he had the maturity as a 16 year old to deal with the pressure of playing in front of 40k people regularly and play well. These kids that we have may be similar in terms of talent, but they might not be there mentally. There's also the risk of burnout if they're started too young, like owen or michael chang. That being said, I would love to see these kids play, they all seem really exciting and talented, and have talent on the ball that our first team is missing.
