  1. You are living in Dreamland dear fellow Liverpool supporter. Of those ten fixtures above i would not put my house on any one of them. Roy Hodgsons new look Liverpool will struggle. I'm embarrassed to say this. And i'm ever the optimist. Put a top top manager in and i would be looking for at least a top four finish. Roy Hodgson is totally totally out of his depth at Liverpool. i never once imagined that he would prove to be So bad. Stunningly bad.
  2. Absolute Total Boycott if that happens. Thicks and Gillty are dead at LFC. One way or another they are history. Its what they will leave behind which is distressing.
  3. Rafa Benitez wants to win league titles, european cups, trophies, more trophies. And none of dont for a second believe that he wont win any more. Roy Hodgson...well i really do not need to say much. He's just in dreamland managing one of the best football clubs in the world. His task - to avoid relegation. Fantastic. The removal of Rafa was quite disgusting. To replace him with Roy was even more disgusting. If MB had anything to do with the decision then hes done well to remove someone who he knew would give chelsea problems in the long run. CP is simply foolish. This act of treachery is already coming back to haunt us. None of us for a second believe we're going down. Yet the current manager of Liverpool Football Club is actually entertaining questions of the sort is shocking. And this is with a squad of players who were mostly available for selection. For Gods sake, the reason to remove Rafa and replace him with Roy was so we could get back into the top four, right? Or am i missing the point. The club is a joke, an absolute joke. Can you imagine the headlines 'Liverpool fans celebrate avoiding relegation on goal difference', or maybe 'Liverpool fans celebrate a top half finish'. Fantastic absolutely fantastic. We simply need a new manager, who is a winner, and wants to stay a winner, and knows something about the past grandeur of Liverpool Football Club. i dont want some bufoon telling me cos i'm not pleased with a home win against steaua and an away draw against utrecht, that i'll never be happy. Some joke that!
  4. Did anyone actually ever believe that this loon would ever get us back into the top four, never mind challenge for the league. Fquckin delusionists! Roy Hodgson is on course for performing an absolute fantasy for ManUre fans...taking the once mighty pool into the relegation positions. That alone is staggeringly unbelievable. Is this guy for real, and is he really managing the best club in the world? i feel like i am living one of the worst nightmares of all time. Within weeks this guy has taken Liverpool into absolute mediocrity. He has absolutely no clue, and i thought people said he was well read! Embarrassing is an understatement.
  5. Thicks Gillty Roy all out...now thats a good start to the new year me thinks...
  6. RH is a complete loon! How the hell did he end up at Liverpool. A joke of a manager should be at a joke of a club..no..
  7. 'Indeed. If Hodgson fails to lift Liverpool up the table following some judicious recruiting in January then the board can legitimately debate the succession.' Poo...lsen? Kon..krapsky? Jones? Hmm...
  8. Just FQUK OFF THICKS AND GILLTY... FQUCKIN BUFOONS!!!
  9. "If you're not satifisied when we're top of the group, had a good home win over Steaua and a good away draw against Utrecht you're never gonna be satisfied. I think people are piling expectations on the club which are unrealistic. We certainly did a lot better here than Celtic did" Unbelievably condescending patronising stuff. Whoever said this needs a slap. There is No way this guy is good enough to manage Liverpool Football Club, one of the most successful clubs in world football. To make comments like this so early is just staggeringly dumbheaded. But, if it helps get rid of the two prats i will give Roy Clueless Hodgson Legend status!
  10. Rafas expectactions are winning league titles and champions league titles. FFS. Why dont people get it. Rafa persisted with the once mighty Liverpool because he saw light at the end of the tunnel (new owners). That light never happened. When Rafa made those comments he was also making subtle hints to the fanbase about what was going on at the top. The owners must love Roy Hodgson. i dont even wish to make any negative comments about Roy. i dont think i need to. His record, tactics and interviews speaks for itself. His post match interviews were downright condescending and patronising. Screw it. my club is a kak club with a kak manager. Nothing is going to change that for now. I really really would accept relegation just to get new owners, a new manager, and a new vision. Anyway who thinks Roy is, or ever was the right man to lead Liverpool is as deluded as those who thought Thicks and Gillette were/are the right men to own Liverpool. Roy Hodgson, manager of liverpool football club. Whoever let that happen is an utter disgrace!
  11. However, they are the owners of Liverpool Football Club. With that role comes the right to be respected... Something not quite right there though. Not arguing with the point youre making though Will. Noone has to be disrespectful. There is actually no need for that. Roy is a mid-table manager. Never Liverpool class. That alone speaks volumes.
  12. Christian Poulsen..and Christian Purslow....the Liverpool dream team, on and off the pitch. How fantastic.
  13. Or even the fat spanish waiters fault.. such a sad state of affairs all round.
  14. Fine. He has not won anything of note. Not anything close to a champions league title or a league title in one of the top european leagues. It was not meant 'as a lie' as you state. I have no reason to lie. Anyway i'm not going to get into an argument over an absolutely trivial point despite your repeated referrals to it being a lie. I can assure you Roy will not win us the league. This year or the next. Despite that i would love Roy to prove me wrong.
  15. Somewhere deep down in my heart i knew these fquckers would get rid of Rafa. They despised him from the start. I had come to accept it ever since the post-Athens rant. They totally screwed him about with player signings and stuff. One day we will come to know the truth. If they had desire, and passion for the game they could have tried to lure the likes of Mourinho, or someone of that ilk. But they never were here to win trophies. The disgraceful removal of Rafa followed by a an absolutely underwhelming replacement in Roy. An absolute proven mid-table manager. In reality the board, and those fools who wanted to get rid of 'the spanish waiter' deserve everything that comes their way. But i'm losing my club. And its killing me. At least Rafa struck fear into the hearts of Slur, Mourinho and Wenger. They knew very well properly backed he would take Liverpool back to the top. At least he drove fear into the hearts of European giants. Despite the blip last year do you think Barca, Real, or whoever would really be desperate to play against us. If Rafa had his way he would have taken at least two maybe three world class players in each position. He was never allowed the opportunity. I am sure if he knew he would not get the Keane money he would never have sold him. Rafa was robbed. Liverpool are being robbed. It is all so so sad. I never ever imagined that it would turn so pear shaped by September. I genuinely thought that even Roy Mediocre Hodgson would be able to guide us into challenging for the top four positions. He has left me utterly utterly shocked. We have been ripped apart this year in a way i have not witnessed for a long long time.
  16. Deep down in my heart i dont want the King to be tainted by these pathetic owners. I really dont. Lets get rid of the owners once and for all. And then we can think of the next move. Wonder if the board thought lets get Roy in and let him take the flak. There is no justification for selecting him as manager. None whatsoever. He has not won anything and his teams dont play scintillating football. I thought the removal of Rafa was a disgrace, but so manyof our so called fans were blinded by the media, i thought we didnt actually deserve Rafa. Never in a million years did i think that Roys early tenure was going to be so dismal. The thing is if the results were not going our way i would forgive him and say its early days, no worries. But to bring in the likes of Konchesky, Jones, Poulsen i simply dont understand...and then the press conferences. Absolutely lame and second rate. And the constant holding of the face in his hands looking so out of depth, that is simply inexcusable. The football no longer matters. We need to get rid of the owners, and have some chance of holding on to the likes of Torres. We have got three of the best players in the world in Pepe, Gerrard and Torres. We have unbelievable history and a formidable reputation across the world thanks to our recent successes in Europe. Armed with new owners we have a great chance of getting things right. Without new owners and mid table mediocrity it is. I have no doubt.
  17. I cant believe how people cannot see how difficult a year we had last year. We were hit by so many results. So many freak results. There was absolutely no justification of sacking someone after one blip. The goal for the Liverpool board is top four. In how many years did Rafa fail to get us there. Do people like Gunga Din really think Roy is going to get us there. Well to be honest with fit and complete squad even i could get Liverpool into the top. For Gods sake we have some of the best players in the world. Roy Hodgson has no excuses. However, he is stamping the club with his trademark mid-table gesturing. He simply is not good enough. Prove me wrong i beg you Roy. But i just know it is not going to happen. I never ever imagined that our so called honeymoon period would turn into an absolute nightmare. Each time we think it cant get any worse it just does. You'd think after losing to Northampton the team would have smashed Sunderland apart. How many of us actually truly deep down believed that we would beat Sunderland. I did. To not do it is just unbelievable. We should beat Blackpool though. Come on thats a home banker. Are we title contenders. I dont think so. Are we top four quality. I dont think so. The point of getting rid of Rafa?
  18. May i suggest one Rafael Benitez..
  19. You are so unbelievably wrong i am unable to express in words how much. Anyway if thats your view so be it. So obviously oblivious to the true reality of the situation and the unbelievable circumstances in which Rafa had to work. Rafas single one mistake was to go into last season without world class back up for Torres. Wait, Roy did the same thing this year. Perhaps it was not a mistake after all. Maybe it was something else. 'Benitez's achievement in keeping Liverpool competitive while Hicks and Gillett destroyed the club for all but his final season is now looking even more remarkable as things enter a vital endgame.' Sums it up really. Gunga Din, while i respect your views, i am afraid that you are going to have to learn the hard way. Unfortunately that means my club being raped further. So sad. Good post. How Rafa stayed here beyond the second champions league final i will never know. Perhaps, like us he too was in the hope that we would have new owners and a new beginning.
  20. Benitez's achievement in keeping Liverpool competitive while Hicks and Gillett destroyed the club for all but his final season is now looking even more remarkable as things enter a vital endgame.
  21. Thank you Roy Hodgson - you are hust helping to confirm what i knew already. Rafael Benitez was a class act. Under the same constraints Roy is being shown to be what he is. An average mid-table manager. His expressions, his comments, his holding his face have shown him to look so out of his depth it is unreal. For Gods sake he is only a few matches into his tenure. But he looks like a manager who is at the end of his reign. His early transfer dealings remind me of Souness. Lets get Konchesky in, Poulsen too, and Jones...what the hell for. I just do not get it. And i would play Lucas over Poulsen every day!
  22. Football clubs..be it Liverpool, Barcelona, Rushden and Diamonds....or whoever else...are one of the few things that stick with the individual...from cradle to grave...and clubs that exist(ed) solely to win trophies, to provide true beautiful footballing pleasure do not have a price. The day Liverpool fell into the hands of these muppets the very soul of liverpool was at risk. Some of us knew it then. Some of us found out later. Some of us will find out soon. Others may never appreciate how corporate greed in the hands of malevolent cancers can be so destructive. Never have i felt so much apathy towards the game. Once the whole Rafa out thing became apparent and the choice of Roy as the manager, well i knew it was going to be a disaster, but never ever did i think that we could sink so low so fast. Now that we have maybe it is better that we fall further. Yes, i would take relegation if i was promised freedom from the Cancer. I promise you i would take it without question.
  23. Apologies...corrected it for you...The message is much more important and serious...
  24. i love Roy. He knows exactly what he is doing. Its part of the plan. Hats off to Purslow and Broughton. Get rid of Rafa, replace him with Roy, get us Relegated, and bobs your uncle...surely the Fqukin greedy cancer will finally go then. Great work Roy! Keep it up!
  25. Fantastic result. Guess it keeps us out of the relegation zone!
