Much as I dislike Lampard , he is a quality player, he is exceptional at getting into goal scoring positions, has a great shot and can pick out a good pass. I agree he does have his limitations and is not as good as Gerrard, but never the less he is a quality midfielder.

I don't think you have any thing to worry about TBH, because i can't see this happening at all. But I'm surprised you feel so strongly against him, personally i'm not sure if i would want him at the club because i would be unsure of his intentions for the long term future of the club. But i also know a alot about him and Mitall Steel in particular and while there has been question marks over some of his business dealings, IMO he is not as bad as you are making him out to be.
