I was actually thinking of Jota this morning before this all came out as I walked my 1 year old to nursery. We were running through his animal noises and he always does a big action for a crocodile 'snap' that always reminds me of Diogo. Think it was a tribute for his kid(s) when he started doing it

Arsenal in for some CB from Valencia. In the bbc article it's mentioned they were interested in Guehi but he would be "reluctant due to being behind Gabriel and Saliba". An odd inclusion that feels like the same undertones of "City pulling out of the Wirtz transfer due to the money involved".

Saw an article quoting Jurgen saying on that Alisson documentary from the offal that Fekir had done his media duties etc ahead of signing but we dropped it as we couldn't afford him and Ali together. Supposedly it was a choice between Butland + Fekir or Ali + Shaqiri. Worked out all right in the end..

If we are actually after that Malick Fofana, it may have gotten a whole lot easier as Lyon have just been relegated for financial issues. Screams a classic opportunistic move.
