We had a good spell for a while but it doesn’t take much for our rhythm to be disrupted and we start looking ragged and scared at the back.

Doesn’t take much for our defending to look panicky, does it? Would that we were all so blessed

Might as well stick it in here. The YouTube algorithm has recently been serving me up highlights of loads of Liverpool games from the mid-90s. The whole 'Rob Jones has never scored for Liverpool' thing doesn't take into account how insanely unlucky he was. We scored loads of goals from him bursting through one on one and getting scythed down for penalties, or him having shots blocked that then came straight to Fowler to score. He also had a great effort against Sheffield Wednesday that came back off the post. Could quite easily have ended up with multiple goals each season.

If Grav is fit that might change things though.
