The club will pay his contract to his family & “death in service” premium. The club will be insured on the loss of a player for an amount but not sure on “book value” (as it fluctuates so rapidly”.

I feel sick.

He had clauses like “x amount of appearances triggers increase of basic wage to £x” & “x% increase per year”. Started around £60k and now supposedly, £130k ish but wants £200k.

Lewa and Mbappe ungettable. Kane wouldn’t be great in our team of tenacious animals. Isak has flashes of it but consistency and injuries are a worry.

Personally I don’t think there is a truly, great striker in world football at the moment. We need the Romario or Raul (should be really easy).
