Yeah, then he needs to do something about it. You have three options to re-energise a team. Replace the Manager, Coaches or Players. I'm saying the only one off the table is the Manager.

Trent will be fine if we get back to pressing and dominating possession, Gapko is doing fine for being here a few months and Mo is still Mo. But yeah, we need a lot. I'd still refresh the coaches as well, we look stale.

Guys, I've got through this transfer window thinking that we have some sort of masterplan and 2 midfielders will be bought by the end of January. And now, with only a few hours left I can admit that I may have been wrong all along and we really are as stupid as Fabinho looks.

Totally true but I don't think we should rule out turning this around by a quality signing. I thought Matip was done until he played beside Virg.

Erm...thats what I'm saying. You don't have to be lightening in midfield, you just have to be mobile and have positional awareness. Our current lads no longer have either. Hi biggest skill (apart from availability) was cutting off passing lanes. We now have a 4 lane motorway to pass through.

I remember the same being said before Virg was signed yet we looked completely different when he joined.

We are in the middle of a transfer window so it could be done now. If they don't then, as someone said above, treat it like he's new in the club and just make us hard to beat first.

It's not Klopp FC and all that but there really is only one solution to our issues and that is back this man in the transfer market so that he can do what he is the best in the world at. Whatever he needs he should get.

Personally I would too but I think Klopp will play Kelleher in the cup games in January.
