  1. Big laughs when I heard half a dozen lads singing: "Liverpool are magic everton are tragic!"
  2. No-one knows the Premiership like Charlie Nicholas.
  3. Supposed to be the new Dalglish but was not as good as Frank McAvennie. No wonder he hates us.
  4. Wonder why gingernuts didn't turn up for their Xmas bash last night... One story says he didn't want to face a load of grief of fans he might encounter in town. But didn't they used to be the people's club? Curious.
  5. Thread should be titled: How did we win the double with Kevin McDonald in the side? With his greasy midlands style mullet and his 'nervous sh*tting dog' gait and scared-silly-of-being-found-out positional style... KEV-IN MAC-DOOONAAALD!
  6. No f**king way. No chance. An equaliser at Forest I remember but no way did he score 5...did he?
  7. This Wednesday night on BBC Radio Merseyside, tune in to a special 55 minute documentary on one of the greatest comebacks in football history. "Istanbul-The Inside Story" gives a fascinating insight into the events of May 25th in Turkey, when Liverpool came from 3-nil down at half time to beat AC Milan. Radio Merseyside's Sports Editor Ian Kennedy has revisted that memorable night, with exclusive interviews with the likes of Steven Gerrard, Rafa Benitez, goalkeeping hero Jersey Dudek plus fans and journalists. A must for all Liverpool fans, "Istanbul-The Inside Story" is on this Wednesday night at 9.05pm on BBC Radio Merseyside and will be repeated on Tuesday 27th December. Tune in and enjoy the memories. Yers!

  12. Is right! Owen didn't have to leave, he didn't have to sign for newcastle either. He could have made it clear to Madrid that, ahem, he wanted to be succesful and win things and play in Europe. If we'd bought him back for twice what he left for (or anything substantially larger) and sold Cisse for less than the record fee we paid for him this forum and others would be going ballistic. We could have lost Cisse and bought Owen and lost £10,000,000 in the process. Feck that! Feck MO! Feck Newcastle and Feck Real Madrid. We're the European Champions, every other club on the continent should sack their feckin boards first.
  13. We gonna send Yosser round?
  14. Get in. And the bigger and scarier the game, the more chance there is the little booger'll slot one in the onion bag.
  15. his thoughts on the visit in today's telegraph
  16. Boris speaks his brains
  17. A spokeswoman at the Spectator confirmed that Mr Johnson "directed the article to be written" and that he saw it ahead of publication. Sounds like a hard job, doesn't it? Get some unnamed hack to write your opinion piece and then whack it on the cover.
  18. WHat a cheap, crap way for someone to try to make a few pennies. How much do you think you get paid for an article like that? I'd rather have a window round or work on the buses
  19. I got to a certain point and couldnt read any more. Lazy, classless, I dunno what else, I hate to think. Aside from Hillsbrough - what does this mean? - " Part of this flawed psychological state is that they cannot accept that they might have made any contribution to their misfortunes, but seek rather to blame someone else for it, thereby deepening their sense of shared tribal grievance against the rest of society." So if you are a 20 year old lad on the dole then its your own fault for being a lazy arl miltant docker back in the fifties. Whoever wrote this has an extraordinarily warped belief in reincarnation.
