NY Red, I agree with many of your points. But regarding the owners fixing the ticket structure, have they really done so? If the article previously posted is to be believed they have simply spread the increase in prices over a larger number of tickets and are thus cleverly hiding this increase in plain sight. If so they are being disingenuous. I'd like someone here to here to prove or disprove the points in the article.

I agree. I think a solution everyone will be happy with is to have more fan and old players (Dalglish, Thompson etc.) representation on the board.

They are imposing arbitrary laws against overseas fans too. I was able to go to 2 or 3 games every year by getting tickets through the New York fan club of which I have been a member for years. Since I live in Maryland I can no longer do so. I have to get tickets from the local clubs who do not have the same ticket-purchasing structure as LFCNY. I'm at a complete loss as what to do now. I honestly don't know who makes up these Gestapo laws. I sympathize with the local fans. Not too long ago tickets cost less than half of what they cost now.

It's not the time for Stevie yet. We are facing a crisis of the same magnitude as the H & G debacle. The club is going to need a huge rebuild and this better be done by someone who's done the same before. Stevie can join later when things have been fixed and stabilized.
