Refusal on Secure Sites

Messages just say - the attempt to connect to www.whateversite.com has been refused. Oh and I can't use Messenger either - seemingly i have firewall issues.

 

Will try disabling norton and zone alarm later.

 

Its weird - i've not changed anything on my firewall in all the time i've had it.
