Nope, pain went away after cutting down.

 

Decembers intake was approx 25% of my normal monthly intake.

 

I last had a drink last monday and won't be drinking until Saturday 21st Jan when i'm in Barcelona for the weekend.

 

Probably kicking Sunday - Thursday drinking completely on the head until my health and fitness improves to a decent enough level.

 

Disclamier - holidays and matches i will have a drink but will still be drinking less.

 

Dave, i've lost since December 9lbs and am just under 16st for the first time since late 2004. Plan is to get down to 14st as a minimum goal.

 

Less drinking, less eating (and deffo no snacking after or between meals) and a lot more exercise is the plan already under way.

Thanks, but this is the easy bit, the hard work is all the extra walking to get the general fitness going. Plus cycling as well as rowing machine work etc.

 

Once i can get myself into a daily routine it will be far easier.

 

Easiest part in truth was cutting down the alcohol intake and not been tempted yet to have a drink since last week.

 

Hardest part is ensuring when i feel hungry to have a glass of orange squash instead.
