Orange customer service

Want to give them the thumbs up for once rather than the usual complaining or ranting.

 

Called them to make sure I would be able to use my phone in Belgium over the holidays and have to say for once their customer service was great.

 

Lovely guy on the other end of the line who gave me more bundles of free credit than they are supposed to. And he loved Liverpool. Possibly the only enjoyable conversation I have ever had with customer services in my life. Makes a nice change
