Littering fine

[Kvarme Ate My Food]

I put some cardboard boxes in a local recycling bin that accepts such stuff.

Got a fine from the council because the boxes ended up on the floor (I didn’t put them there) with name and address on. (yeah I was stupid not to take them off.)

I’m annoyed as I didn’t do the crime, but is is worth going to court over or should I just suck it up and pay the fine?
