Windows 10 issue. Disk 100%

Yes, I know it's effing W10 but . . .

 

4 week old laptop with W10 pre-installed. No problem for 2 weeks.

 

Now virtual standstill and Task Manager shows Disk100%

 

Taken advice from various forums and YouTube vids and have so far

 

Disabled SuperFetch

Disabled Windows Search

Disabled Windows Defender

 

Disk usage still 100% at startup or soon after.

 

Anybody had it and solved it. Other than by firing W10 from a cannon?
