I need a website designing

can someone do me a website for £200 please?

 

Ideally, someone who knows what they're doing

obviously for £200 you don't get much

 

but I don't want much:

 

no functionality except the 'contact us' link

no SEO

3 pages, including 'contact us'

 

and about 1 and a half sides of A4 of copy and a few photos

 

should only take 2 hours and £100 an hour is ok money,  no?
