Either you're not understanding me or I'm not understanding you. 

I didn't say we played with 4 forwards, all I said is that Wirtz is an upgrade on Dom, and not Diaz, because Wirtz is an attacking midfielder not a wide forward. Dom played the role of a 10, [an attacking midfielder], if he's being replaced by Wirtz who is a natural attacking midfielder, nothing has changed in terms of numbers on the pitch [2  midfielders [6/8], one attacking midfielder in front of them] Wirtz would have defensive responsibilities in the role the same way Dom has, that involve pressing among other things. It's not a coincidence that aside from his ability on the ball, we're interested in him as he's putting up elite pressures in Germany and Europe in the position

It's a good way to strengthen the squad. Dom relegated to first midfield cover, pushing Curtis to 5th choice. I'd expect them both to get plenty of games, unless Slot takes the same approach re rotation as last season, but I don't think he will given he's comfortable using Dom/Jones

i agree, it gives us more tactical flexibility. Wirtz is essential to filling the creative void that is there in Trents absence, and he is able to do a bit more in that department compared to Dom. I also expect we'll see changes in of our patterns of play and its clear we're trying to get our signings done as early as possible so we can work on that through out the summer.

Feels like thats why we're telling him we are only selling for big money and he's not getting a new deal in the press.

Nunez will be desperate to play football. I reckon we would be prepared to take a hit on tbe transfer fee and offload him relatively cheaply. There's no value in him staying in our squad.
