Someone signing in to my e mail

I have a Hotmail account. Recently received an e mail from Microsoft to say that they believed there was unusual activity on my account. Having checked the recent activity log, it appears that someone has been signing in multiple times from an IP address in Germany which appears to be run by Samsung. The Browser/application is showing as IMAP. I know very little about computers so don't know what this means. I have now changed my password as well as my password on several other sites but was wondering if there was anything else I should be aware of? There are no unusual transactions on my bank.

 

This person has been signing in to my e mail account hundreds of times over a very short period of time. I thought that someone more familiar with computers would have an idea why. Any help gratefully received!
