I had this for about 6 months, a bit of pain if I lift anything heavy ranging from a 4 pack of 2 litre soft drinks to a sack of spuds if it involves bending my arm.

 

Anyway it got better gradually and having felt no pain for 3 months I started using the dumbells again with only about 15 reps with a low starting weight 10kg, 48 hours later my elbow is in agony, cant even bend it when I'm driving.

 

Medical advice is that it will heal with time, which it did but has now come back twice as bad. Anyone got ideas apart from chopping the arm off and just using the weights on one arm which would end up with me ending up a bit lop-sided?
