c****. Had my eye on the complete BSG Bluray when I saw it was a lightning deal today. £29, down from £59. Got on at 8am, put it straight into my basket and got confirmation I had it at the lightning price. Yet when I went to the checkout, I was still being charged £59. Tried going back to basket and then back to checkout a few times, nothing changed. So I thought I needed to start again. Cleared basket, added it again, sold out.

 

Complained to Amazon, apparantly you get a gift card with the rebate credited to you in your payment screen, which you need to use to get the deal price. Nothing to suggest that on the f***ing payment screen was there?! Plus I already had a gift balance so I thought I was seeing that.

 

f***ing fuming, bunch of c****.
