Had two business lines installed day after we moved into new place, no issue there, however the broadband was meant to be up and running that evening fat chance took two lots of engineers to come out before they cottoned on that the issue was at the exchange and not the line. Basically some blurt fecked up the wiring and it took them two weeks to sort...

 

Now the c**** are trying to charge me a minimum of £10k to install a residential line, apparently the lines into the village are maxed out
