So I order an upgraded box in December so I can have the Virgin plus (pause live TV, record, etc... same as Sky+) with HD channels thrown in for free.

There's a four week waiting list. OK then, I'll wear the long wait, it'll be worth it etc...etc....

Appointment is made ofr January 13th pm (yeah, yesterday).

So I take a half days leave and wait in for the twunts. Guess what, they don't turn up. The girfriend gets a call on her mobile at 5:45 to say they're not coming. So, do we get a rescheduled appointment in the next few days? Do we feck. They tell her that we have to go to the back of the queue again and wait another four weeks.

Unbe-fecking-lievable.

So I call up to cancel the order. I get through to Mumbai, and the girl on the other end asks me what the password is on our account. There isn't one, neither me nor the girlfriend have ever put one on. 'There is' she replies, 'and unless you tell me what it is, I cannot talk toyou anymore'.

Ten minutes of 'there is'/'there isn't'

Can I speak to a supervisor? 'No'. No password, no supervisor, no cancellation, no complaints.

So now I've decided to write to the Director of Customer Services in Hook. I also have the email addy of the CEO of Virgin Media. Just to get an order cancelled and tell them what I think about their 'customer services'. Bloody hell they were quick to charge us for the V+ box in December when we ordered it, and now, in January with no sign of the box until at least February, I cannot cancel and get my money back because they think there's a password on our account.

WHAT A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT F*CK*NG COCKWIPES. If anyone knows of a worse performing Customer Services team I'd love to hear about it.
