Has anyone ever heard of Brooker King

Recently i took car insurance out with "Brooker king" until they cancelled it saying i didn't send documents they requested (never recieved the letter asking this but that's a different story) so i'm entilled to a certain percentage refund of my original payment, they are dragging their heels (to be expected) so two weeks ago (two weeks after original cancelation) i rang and asked when my refund into my account will be paid i was told 6-10 days, still no payment. Tommorow i will be ringing them again. They are still within the 6 weeks required payment time, but if they do not refund my money what further action could i take, Any advice would be welcome.
