these babies work like nobody's business

 

not saying they're cheap but they work

been using one at my gym and they do the trick

 

what happens is they work from the inside like a microwave and you sweat out loads of impurities - far more effective than a normal sauna

 

if you like to party hard, the next day a 30 minute run and 30 mins on this and you'll feel great....promise

and 'no pain no gain? can't be that simple then' well they do hurt - they burn you but not as in UV rays. The pain goes away as soon as you stop and while you're burning it proves you're healing
