Technical Help: Data Retrieval

Forum tech experts.... I urgently need help.

 

I usually delete all my emails from deleated items... but I need to get hold of some emails from around 3 years ago. Is there anyway I can do this? My outlook pst file is still the same, if this matters, and i'm on Office 2007.

 

Can anyone help? Your advice would be most welcome.
