D.Boon Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 (edited) Does Mascherano not pass to Lucas because he thinks he's rubbish or because of the Argentina/Brazil rivalry? I was looking out for this last night and Masch didn't pass to him once. I have to say i thought some of Mascheranos longer range passing out to the wide players was very good yesterday but we cant have a situation were the starting central midfield refuse to pass to each other. In a world of madness it is another dollop of madness. Edited October 21, 2009 by D.Boon
Zoob Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 What's actually incredibly frustrating is that it doesn't just seem to be Mascherano. Lucas will probably never make it at Liverpool, but the amount of times he passes the ball, runs forward into good space and never receives the ball back is quite amazing.

In a world of madness it is another dollop of madness. the lead up to the first goal at chelsea - if you watch the preceding 60 seconds - its a combo of lucas not getting himself into space or if he does, masch choosing another option, and not always the right option. it's a big problem. it def cost us at chelsea. i don't know why he isn't passing to him, but he isn't

I don't care if the pair of hem hate each other, it is harming the team.

Granted they could have just been calling each other c**** mind.
